Developing and maintaining a professional development school collaborative requires a great deal of administrative and curricular support. Curriculum support has been provided by curriculum coordinators and curriculum support teachers. Administrative support has ben provided by State College central office personnel and building principals as well as by the Dean of the College of Education and the Head of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Penn State.
